We prioritize your satisfaction and provide options for refunds or reshipments under the following circumstances:

  1. Non-Delivery within Guaranteed Time: If your order is not delivered within the 60-day guarantee period, you can request a refund or reshipment. Submit your refund/reshipment request within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery period has expired.

  3. Unwanted Product: For unwanted products, please contact us within 15 days of parcel delivery to initiate a returning process and a refund will be provided once we received the returned parcel. Please note that the item must be unused, and return shipping will be at your expense.
